Hi there!
I’m Nate Adams, a Michigan native who was born and raised near Kalamazoo. A quick background about myself that I don’t mind sharing is that I love geology, fossils, and rocks – it’s one of my favorite passions. When I was younger, I often found myself getting yelled at by angry landowners for trespassing on their property.
To avoid confrontations, I started buying land in Northern Michigan to explore rocks, wash them off, and hopefully find prehistoric fossils. It may sound funny, but nothing beats the feeling of discovering a real fossil.
Aside from finding fossils, I’ve also discovered a lot of Native American stone artifacts throughout Michigan. Some of my findings were given back to the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and can be seen in a showcase at Soaring Eagle Casino in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
Throughout my journey of finding fossils, I developed a second passion. I truly enjoy helping Michigan land owners easily off-load and sell to me any kind of land in Michigan that you just don’t want anymore.

Diana has been with NBL since 2022. She grew up in Lapu Lapu, Philippines, and has worked in various roles at the company and currently works on our dispositions team. A mom of two sons, in her free time she enjoys hanging out with her real family, going on walks with her dogs, and trying new restaurants. Being in Dispositions and Management + her personal skills + being very savvy on the keyboard, she’s a master of all trades, breaker of walls, and leaper of hurdles.
